Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Contact: [email protected]

2. About these terms

By using the Service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

We may update these terms, for example when the Service or the law changes. The version date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we'll show a notice on the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect. Changes apply only from their effective date, not to anything that happened before. If you don't agree with an update, stop using the Service.

3. Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Buying in-game currency involves real payments, and game publishers set their own minimum ages. If you are under that age, please don't use the Service.

4. What we do, and what we don't

This is a price-comparison website. We collect and display offers from independent third-party sellers ("Vendors").

We don't sell, hold, or deliver in-game currency, and we don't process payments. We are not a party to your purchase. Every transaction is between you and the Vendor, on their website, under their terms. Vendors are not our agents, and listing a Vendor is not an endorsement of them.

Any consumer rights you have from a purchase, such as refunds or delivery, are owed to you by the Vendor, not by us.

5. Risks of buying in-game currency

Buying in-game currency for real money may breach the terms of the game publisher or platform. This can lead to your game account being suspended or permanently banned, including loss of items, currency, and progress.

Those decisions are made by the game publisher or platform, not by us. We can't appeal, reverse, or compensate for them. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules of the games you play and the laws that apply where you live.

Buying from a third-party seller also carries normal risks, such as non-delivery, late delivery, and payment disputes. Take reasonable care before you pay, and use payment methods that offer buyer protection where possible.

6. How listings are ranked

Default order.

Unless you choose a different sort option, non-partner listings are ordered by price per unit, lowest first.

Partner & sponsored listings.

Partner listings are paid placements. The Vendor pays us for higher positioning, and those listings appear above other listings. They are clearly labelled differently with "Partner", “Featured” or “Sponsored” badge wherever they appear. A partner listing means a commercial arrangement and nothing more. It does not mean cheaper, faster, safer, more reliable, or better vetted. Partner listings appear at the top regardless of any sorting or filtering options applied while being on the same page.

Commission.

We may earn a commission when you click through to a Vendor and buy. This applies to partner and non-partner listings alike, it doesn't affect the default order described above, and it doesn't change the price you pay.

7. Prices and data

Prices, availability, and other listing details come from Vendors and other third-party sources. They may be inaccurate, out of date, or expired when you see them, including data shown with a freshness label such as "1h ago."

The price you pay is whatever the Vendor charges at their checkout, not what is shown here. We don't claim to list every Vendor, every offer, or the lowest price on the market.

We choose which Vendors to list and may add or remove any of them at any time. Removing a Vendor isn't a statement about them. Keeping one listed isn't a promise that they are trustworthy.

8. Not advice

Everything on the Service, including price history charts, is general information only. It is not financial, investment, or purchasing advice, and price history is not a forecast. Any decision to buy is yours.

9. Using the Service fairly

When using the Service, you must not:

- scrape, crawl, copy, or extract data from the Service in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission;

- frame, mirror, or republish the Service or its data as your own;

- interfere with the Service's operation or security, overload it, or try to get around any access limits;

- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows this;

- alter, hijack, or misuse our links to Vendors, including referral or affiliate parameters;

- use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

We may block or limit access for anyone who breaks these rules.

10. Our content

The Service's design, text, graphics, software, and compiled data, including our price history, belong to us or our licensors. They are protected by copyright and database rights. You may view and use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

11. Trademarks

Path of Exile and related names and logos are trademarks of Grinding Gear Games. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Grinding Gear Games in any way. We refer to those marks only to identify the games and items our listings relate to. Vendor names and logos belong to their owners.

12. Other websites

We link to third-party websites, including Vendors. We don't control or endorse them. You use them at your own risk and under their terms.

13. Reporting problems

You can email [email protected] to:

- report a Vendor you believe is fraudulent or misleading;

- report inaccurate listing information;

- raise an intellectual property complaint.

Please include the relevant listing or link and a short description. We review reports and act where we consider it appropriate. That can include removing a listing or a Vendor. We can't resolve your dispute with a Vendor or recover money for you.

14. Availability

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data on it will be accurate or complete. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

15. Our liability

What we never limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

What we are not liable for. Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for:

- (a) anything a Vendor does or fails to do, including non-delivery, late delivery, quality, pricing, refunds, or payment problems;

- (b) decisions by game publishers or platforms, including account suspensions or bans and loss of items, currency, or progress;

- (c) listing data that is inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, as described in section 7;

- (d) the content, security, or practices of third-party websites;

- (e) indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, or data;

- (f) interruptions to or unavailability of the Service.

Limit. Subject to "What we never limit," our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to EUR 50.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you use the Service.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU or EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country's law. You may also bring a claim in the courts of your own country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected], and we will try to resolve it first. You may also contact the consumer protection authority in your country.

18. General

- Severability. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

- No waiver. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

- Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company, for example if the Service is sold. This won't reduce your rights as a consumer.

- Events beyond our control. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

- Language. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
